ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Engage and inspire: Deliver compelling presentations and confidently connect with prospective clients, including public speaking at large educational seminars and events.
  • Drive daily activity: Execute a proactive outbound communication strategy—calls, meetings, follow-ups—with a high sense of urgency and ownership to generate and close new wealth management business.
  • Lead client conversations: Schedule and conduct financial planning meetings, follow-ups, and reviews with both prospects and existing clients to drive results and deepen relationships.
  • Own the client experience: Host quarterly service meetings to ensure clients are on track, supported, and always receiving value. Be their trusted advisor through every financial milestone and transition.
  • Build for the long game: Grow a high-impact book of business through consistency, hustle, and unmatched client service—paving the way for long-term success, personal freedom, and financial rewards.
  • Set the standard: Operate with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to compliance, always adhering to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.


EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in financial sales roles with a verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, high-activity environment.
  • Proven success using a consultative selling approach to build trust, uncover client needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Experienced in leading live financial seminars and client events, with confident presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Skilled in closing business via phone and virtual platforms such as Teams; strong verbal and written communication is essential.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney), and the Microsoft Office Business Suite.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, business development instincts, and the ability to consistently execute a structured sales process.
  • Brings an entrepreneurial spirit, high personal accountability, and a never-quit, will-do attitude that thrives in dynamic, performance-driven environments.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; does not require current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Strong preference for candidates who currently hold, or can obtain within 90 days of hire:
  • Series 65 or Series 66 (State Investment Adviser Representative license)
  • State Life, Health Insurance, and Variable Products licenses
