I have spent my entire career in customer service, starting in the restaurant industry and then transitioning into various administrative roles as a Temporary Administrative Assistant across multiple companies and enterprises. During that time, I developed a wide range of administrative and client service skills and quickly discovered my passion for working directly with customers.
I have been with Peak for almost ten years, beginning in an entry-level role within the Client Relations Department. A few years later, I was promoted to Team Lead, then Supervisor. During the pandemic, I was allowed to help streamline our Client Services Department. After several years as Client Service Manager, I transitioned into the role of Operations Manager, overseeing daily administrative tasks.
Today, I proudly serve as an Associate Advisor, supporting our Investment Advisory team. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the Peak family—the culture and environment our leadership team has created truly make work feel like home. We are a family that values respect, integrity, and excellence in everything we do. My passion lies in providing outstanding service while adapting to the ever-changing needs of our industry, and I take great pride in serving both our clients and our team.
Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have three beautiful children. As a family, we enjoy spending time at the ball fields, cheering each other on, and traveling to new places whenever we can.
